Keeping an eye on Cruise Ship Experience
Cruise ship traffic is important to the Atlantic Canadian region. That’s why we’re doing everything we can to gauge visitor experience, so we make sure those cruise ship passengers continue to recommend our region as a cruise destination.
For the past three seasons, we’ve had a partnership in place with the Atlantic Canada Cruise Association. We’re happy to be continuing this program in the 2015/2016 cruise ship season.
The way it works is simple. Using our customer experience program, cruise ship passengers are asked to complete a brief survey at our different ports within the region. All of that data is collected and analyzed by each port, so that weaknesses can be addressed and strengths can be celebrated and promoted more heavily.
